Valutico’s all-in-one cloud-based software provides data-driven tools to conduct analyses and benchmarking and enable finance professionals to quickly value a private or listed company.
The platform provides multiples (historic, current and forward) for key metrics such as revenue, EBIT, EBITDA, and net income, as well as important ratios such as CapEx as a percentage of revenue and DSO. It provides users with a range of tools including modelling of assumptions and scenarios and custom report building.
The platform is aimed at helping functions such as corporate development, investors relations, and FP&A reduce their reliance on external banking partners. It is therefore used by professionals in advisory roles such as in corporate finance, M&A, and tax and audit, as well as investment managers, accountants, venture capitalists, and family offices.
Part of its role is to help track the evolution of publicly listed competitor valuations against their market cap, and then assess whether their stock is under- or overvalued. To do this, it deploys a number of proprietary valuation methods based on the latest analyst consensus estimates.
Used by more than 600 financial firms in over 80 countries, the Vienna-based firm operates with a network of valuation practitioners using the platform, consultancy services, and valuation training.

Revenue: €3m (Annual Recurring Revenue)
